Job Description Summary

Support in managing the wing to wing process (ITO). Preparation of quotes, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. The role is subject to regular review of orders and sales results.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop proposals; work closely with channel partner; support commercial operations director drive pricing strategy.
- May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, market share, processes or customer groups.
- Drive full alignment between commercial operations and sales to deliver better forecasting and market analysis data.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
- In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports/dashboards to support the business make decisions that will serve the organization's objectives and priorities.
- Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers.
- Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
- May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
- Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 4-7 years experience in commercial operations preferably in healthcare industry
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university/college
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at Microsoft software, Salesforce
- Able to multitask in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Arabic & English language capability in both spoken and written.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
