We are currently working for a leading FMCG firm that aims and focuses on growth and expansion that are directly related to creating long-term business partnerships with major global players.

Our client is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to work with various business areas to align and develop compensation and benefits and to ensure the implementation of all remuneration, benefits and incentives.

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be accountable for:
- Designing, implementing and continuously managing compensation programs that align with business strategy, enabling the business to attract, retain and reward the workforce
- Designing and developing competitive salary structures, pay ranges and benefit levels for all job grades in the Middle East Region to recruit and retain the best performers
- Developing and implementing benefit packages in line with legal requirements
- Designing, evaluating and modifying benefits policies and appraisals to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
- Providing inputs to the section head in the development of the reward policies encompassing salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses
- Developing and ensuring a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related fields
- Experience of 7 years or more in Benefits, Compensation, and/or HRIS leadership roles with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceuticals and medical diagnostics preferred
