Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This newly created position will report directly to the Manager of Compensation and Benefits. The incumbent will be expected to provide internal consulting on compensation, job design and classification, and benefits related topical matters. The Specialist will communicate, educate, and train internal customers on compensation and benefit issues through all levels of the organization through one-on-one interaction, speaking in front of audiences of various sizes, and teleconferencing. Additionally, this person will coordinate on-boarding activities for new hires and maintain insurance enrollment through the employment life cycle for our internal customer base. The incumbent must be able to process and analyze basic data using Excel and other Microsoft Office products in order to effectively make findings known through professional correspondence and presentations to the Compensation and Benefits Manager and her supervisor.

Requirements

• Communication: this position will require fluency in both Arabic and English and the candidate must be comfortable making presentations in front of large groups.
• Creative Problem Solving: the incumbent will be required to work independently and create efficient and innovative methods of resolving Compensation and Benefits related issues with limited supervision.
• Analytical: The ability to analyze data and make presentations regarding such data.
