Role Summary:

Completion and Wellbore Intervention Fulfilment Strategy Manager The CWI KSA Fulfillment Strategy Manager will coordinate and mange CWI efforts in KSA to develop and start up assembly and test and manufacture of CWI products including working with facilities to identify suitable space for F.A.T. manufacturing and warehousing of products, coordinating AFE development for new facilities and growth of existing facilities, working with Manufacturing to set up, staff and open facilities, working with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to identify and, qualify and develop KSA based sources of supply, coordinate with local operations and BHGE IKTVA team to develop and improve CWI IKTVA score, work with local governmental and agent offices to

Secure import and export permissions.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with CWI materials, manufacturing and infrastructure teams to design, set up and open manufacturing and F.A.T. (final assembly and test) facilities in KSA
· Work with operations, CWI product line, CWI supply chain and BHGE IKTVA team to develop and execute CWI IKTVA plan over one year, two year and five year horizon (IKTVA- In Kingdom Total Value Add score used by Aramco to evaluate suppliers)
· Coordinate assembly of AFEs for changes to CWI KSA fulfillment infrastructure
· Manage portfolio of KSA based products for CWI fulfillment
· Work with Strategic Sourcing to identify, qualify and develop KSA suppliers for raw material, machined components, MRO and buy components

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

· BS/BA in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or similar
· Ability to read, write and speak Arabic and English
· Experience in Oilfield Services/Equipment supply chain operation
· Experience with MRP driven replenishment
· Project management
· Business case development
· Ability to coordinate activities among multiple groups and stakeholders within the BHGE organization

Desired Characteristics:

· Excellent communication skills including Ability to write concise and accurate communications - especially emails- Excellent verbal communicator, able to express complex ideas over the phone to those speaking English or Arabic as a second language also Comfortable with common forms of numerical communication including charts, graphs and tables
· Familiarity with KSA business norms, local laws, practices and commercial terms
· Open to occasional travel to CWI facilities elsewhere in KSA, Middle East and North America
· Familiarity with common financial measurements used in BHGE business case development, project performance and AFE review
