Job description / Role
- To carry out routine condition monitoring data collection tasks on all the rotating equipment using portable data collectors/analyzers and other tools according to the established schedules and the site requirements.
- To carry out inspection, commissioning and acceptance of rotary equipment after repairs.
- To assist the Condition Monitoring Engineer in technical reports preparation by providing all relevant vibration plots & process data.
- To archive the data for history and retrieval as and when required.
- To maintain equipment files contain equipment datasheet and maintenance history.
- To follow site instructions and procedures; to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications and requirements, and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Instrumentation preferred) or related field.
- ISO 18436-2 Category II certified Analyst
- Hands-on experience on On-Line & Off-Line Condition Monitoring instruments and software.
- Minimum (4) years of experience in the field of Condition Monitoring preferably in Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, or Power Industry.
- Good communication & reporting skills.
- Preferably applicant with transferable IQAMA
