Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To manage worksite and act as a site focal point in safe and technical delivery of construction activities, meeting the quality specifications, schedule and cost
allocation.
- Perform the coordination and tasks follow-up functions assigned by the Project Delivery Manager, including interfaces within the Project functions, coordination of technical meetings and overall project coordination.
- Coordinate and tasks follow-up functions assigned by the Construction Manager during the Construction stage, including interfaces within the Project functions, coordination of technical meetings and overall project coordination.
- Coordinate and manage all interface works with Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors.
- Coordinate and manage all permitting activities for all projects.
- Assist the Project Delivery Manager in the project initiation activities and in preparation of the Project Execution Plan.
- Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and coordinate the specialist engineers related to engineering design package.
- Ensure implementation of applicable Lessons Learns of previous projects during Design.
- Coordinate the engineering activities planned by the Engineering contractor to ensure compliance with scope of work, the safe design requirements, Operability, maintainability, and quality objectives of the project.
- Monitor and Report Contractor Engineering activities performance.
- Ensure timely implementation of project safety requirements.
- Support the Project Delivery Manager with the coordination of the project engineering, procurement, construction activities.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the engineering activities schedule and budget.
- Perform project task activities as delegated by Project Delivery Manager related to technical meetings, and engineering specialist coordination.
- Define technical scope of contracts.
- Coordination of engineering support to fabrication/construction during execution.
- Ensure compliance of Company guidelines and Quality Assurance system.
- Clear understanding of the interface's activities between EPC Contractors and third parties.
- Coordination of all project/package technical interfaces activities.
- Active participation on the development of functional strategy within the framework of functional areas.
- Adhere to the Company's health, safety, environmental and security policies at all times and immediately report violations of these policies to OQGN's health, safety & environment representatives.
- Coordinate the document control process to ensure that information flows are; properly managed within OQGN, and between it and other key stakeholders, particularly the Authority.

Requirements

Qualification:

- Relevant experience and education degree.
