Construction Superintendent

Job description / Role

Swisslinx Middle East is working with an International EPC Contractor who are looking to grow their team. They are looking for a Construction Superintendent for their Operations In Saudi Arabia. You will be highly involved with construction activities and support the Project Execution Plan

Responsibilities
• Manage the contractor representative
• Develop the construction scopes of work
• Oversee the construction scheduling including mechanical, electrical and Civil
• Risk Management
• Quality Assurance audits – Conducting
• Management of contractors
• Maintain HSE standard and conduct HSE Audits
• Lead all site tool box talks
• Ensure all construction works are completed in accordance with plans
• Coordinate with all project managers, key stakeholders and contractors
• Mentor and develop National staff
• Manage the construction budget

Requirements

Education
• 15 years’ experience within maintenance or construction
• Construction Management degree or Related
• A sound knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing or civil disciplines
• Preference shall be given to applicants with experience in Saudi Arabia
