Cavendish Professionals is currently working with a Joint venture Project Management Consultancy partnership responsible for 2 major design & build packages on the prestigious Riyadh Metro Project.
Cavendish Professionals is looking for Contract Administration professionals to join to project supporting the client whilst working directly for the PMC.
Job purpose:
This major rail project requires an experienced professional with a successful track record in the review construction contract, negotiations and claim management.
Under the direction of the Contract Administrator duties will include:
Reviewing and recommending revisions to, all required contractual documentation, analysis of sub-contractor contractual agreements for compliance with prescribed procurement requirements, drafting of Letters of Agreements (LOAs), post-contract measurement and commercial issues claims assessments.
The chosen candidate will have proven experience and achievement in the management and review of the contractual aspects of construction projects. You will also have evidence of successful negotiations of substantial claims and variations.

Requirements
All suitable applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Civil engineering degree or degree in Quantity Surveying
* Over 10 years relevant work experience with degree
* Competent contractual letter writer (contract and technical)
* Able to communicate and integrate in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and multinational environment
* Heavy construction project experience
* Strong communication skills including fluency in English (spoken and written)
