Contracts Administrator

Job description / Role

- Ensuring that the Management conforms to the Contract Conditions.
- Contractual Claims experiences
- Drafting and issue of Subcontract Documents, LOI’s, Agreements etc.
- Checking the validity of Subcontractors’ bonds.
- Drafting and issue of claims.
- Competency in evaluation of financial, compliance or performance issues associated with assigned contracts and recommend appropriate actions to resolve
- Contract/Sub contract negotiations.
- Analysis of subcontractors’ claims.

Requirements

- Analyze all types of contractual documents
- Draft all manner of Contractual documents in Arabic.
- Communicate and negotiate with Employers and subcontractors.
- Understand the workings of programming software and analyze programs of work prepared by others
- The candidate must have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Contracts Administration ideally in Civil works
- Previous work experience in Middle East is preferred
