Contracts Manager - Assets & Facilities Management - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

Required to join a Facilities Management consultancy managing operations and maintenance contracts for a government client as part of a transformation program for its Asset & Facilities Management activities. The successful candidate will

• Implement ExPRO standard contracts processes and procedures
• Assure functional compliance for awarded contracts in the areas of performance, guarantees, invoicing and payment, claims etc
• Assess the capability of existing contracts staff and assign appropriate roles and responsibilities
• Assist the client in the negotiation of proposals to meet the project objectives
• Upon award of the contract take responsibility for enforcing the contract terms and conditions and managing all changes in accordance with those terms.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline Engineering, operations, FM
• A proven track record of working in contracts department with an Facilities Management consultant
• Excellent understanding of FM, operations and maintenance activities
• Proven experience in procurement contracts and negotiations
• Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology
• Prior experience in RFP/Tender process
• Fluent in Arabic
