Contracts Manager - Riyadh Metro
Exciting opportunity to join a European contractor working on the Riyadh Metro project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the projects contract administration framework.
Responsibilities include providing contract management interface during contract negotiations, providing technical assistance to the project managers and dealing with contractual correspondence.
Requirements
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- MRICS/ MCIArb desirable
- Experience of working on large scale rail/heavy civil/infrastructure projects
- International experience
- A good working knowledge of forms of contract used in the Middle East ie FIDIC
- Ability to write and defend claims
