Job description / Role
An international engineering consultancy company is currently conducting a search for a Contracts Administration Staff who has vast experience working on rail, metro or tram projects. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be managing large infrastructure multi-million dollar projects.
Will be supporting the project team in providing contractual advice as well as assisting in contract negotiations and contract activities.
Reviewing and recommending revisions to all required contractual documentation, analysis of sub-contractor contractual agreements for compliance, drafting of Letter of Agreements (LOAs) post contract measurement and commercial issues claims assessments. Must have a successful negotiations of substantial claims and variations
Requirements
- You must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or engineering related field.
- Preferably MRICS/MCIOB/other further educational qualification.
- Must have a minimum of 15 years’ post graduate experience ie. Rail, metro, tram, infrastructure etc.
- At least 10 years in a similar position, GCC experience preferred.
- Must understand FIDIC contracts.
