Job description / Role
Job Summary
• Responsible for Control System Maintenance, Troubleshooting, system modification, spare parts ordering, service arrangement, maintenance
• Reports and other maintenance-related activities to DCS Control System.
• Responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and perform/supervise preventive/predictive maintenance on daily basis by reporting it to the Control system Manager.
Requirements
Qualification
Knowledge related to the following
• DCS systems & control logics.
• PLCs.
• Instruments and Electronics.
• Electrical Knowledge.
• System maintenance, maintenance scheduling,
• Preventive/Predictive maintenance & Commissioning
• Experience in Siemens PCS7.
• System modification & programming.
• DCS troubleshooting, inspection, Preventive/Predictive maintenance for panels, Controllers etc.
Education
• Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Science in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
• Sugar refinery, Cement factory, or related complex industry and experience not less than 5 years.
Responsibilities “Oracle”
• PR Creation, Materials Transactions, System Receiving, Self-Services, Managing Subordinates, Managing Service requests.
