Job description / Role
- Preparing new tenant leases and offer letters.
- Updating database records
- Preparing reminder letters and renewal agreements for expiring leases.
- Maximising price per square foot through careful monitoring of leases and applicable laws.
- Preparation of termination/expiry letters when required.
- Prepare memos for Finance Department (Accounts) to raise invoices.
- Monitor arrears and follow-up with tenants as necessary
- Complete monthly revenue reports.
- Prepare legal cases when needed to be presented to Property Manager or Legal team.
- Coordinate with Legal Department to stamp new and renewed leases.
- Draft all letters as requested.
Requirements
- Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years property leasing experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and to respond promptly to customer needs.
- Excellent English language skills - both verbal and written.
- Team player and ability to engage team spirit to the role.
- A forward thinker and planner.
- Fluent in English Communication (Oral and Written)
- Problem solving skills
- Administrative Skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Arabic language skills.
