International law firm – Riyadh, 1-3 years PQE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Associate, who is looking to join an international law firm and work with a strong team and good clients list in KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in advising clients on all aspects of the structuring/ restructuring, drafting and negotiating of corporate matters, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. You must possess strong transactional experience, management and business development skills. You will do this with excellent customer focus.

The firm has worked multi-national projects on the mature and fast emerging market in MENA. With an ever-growing practice in Saudi Arabia and an excellent reputation in the market, the team requires an ambitious Corporate Associate to join them. Preferably one who is already in the UAE or looking to move from the Australia, NZ or the UK.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong academic background and training from an international top tier law firm
• Strong academic qualifications, UK or other common law jurisdiction
• At least 1 – 3 years' experience working within a recognised corporate team
• Can work in a team and autonomously on a wide range of matters
• Supervisory experience working with paralegals and junior associates
• Pro-active, analytical and commercial approach
• Driven, enthusiastic and flexible team player
• Strong track record of drafting letters of advice, reports, opinions, agreements and other legal documents
