Job description / Role
Your experience in corporate and commercial practice and qualification from England & Wales, the United States or Canada is in demand from one of the fasting expanding local law firms in the Middle East.
Specialising in Corporate and Commercial matters, the firm is involved in litigation, investment, finance and arbitration work with both local clients and multinational corporations. The Partners are leaders in their fields and have solid knowledge of international law, Sharia’a Law and Middle Eastern legal systems.
The firms’ Corporate and Commercial practice is at the heart of their focus and business strategy. They have recently expanded their global client base so are looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial Associate to assist with their international work.
The role will afford you the opportunity to continue your career with a highly regarded law firm and experience working with clients from around the world on exciting deals. You will learn from senior lawyers who are experts in their fields of practice.
Requirements
- 4+ years PQE
- Qualification from either England & Wales, the United States or Canada
- A keen interest in and knowledge of general corporate and commercial law
- Excellent written and spoken English, in particular English drafting skills
