Job description / Role
JOB LOCATION - SAUDI ARABIA

This is an exciting opportunity to join a European company working on a large high technology defence project based from Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Please note this is NOT a Financial Services or Banking role, we are looking for someone with Operational Risk and Compliance experience with a defence/telco/engineering/government environment

You will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing business wide risk and compliance strategies, management processes, policies, and procedures to enable effective management decisions and reporting at all levels.
This will include supporting the Management team on identifying and managing the business strategic risks.
Requirements
You will be Degree Qualified or equivalent with min 5 years experience in a similar role.
Hold a recognised Risk/Compliance Management Qualification - preferably a Member of IRM
Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of formulating and implementing risk management strategies and practices.
Good working knowledge of industry standard risk & compliance software (Risk Decisions or Predict)
Working knowledge of Operational Risk Management - preferably in a defence/government environment
