Job description / Role
We are currently working with one of the leading communication platform providers across the MEA region. Due to their recent success they are expanding their team in Saudi Arabia and looking for a Country Manager to manage the entire operations. The office is based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
• Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-country
• Train & Recruit the very best talent in this new market
• Collaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services
• Conduct extensive research regarding the market
• Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out the product line
• Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
• Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
• Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
• Mentor direct reports, set KPI’s
• Contribute to the overall global success of our company
Requirements
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Previous experience managing P&L and legal aspects of a company
• Must have managed and built a team
• Extensive experience in business development and ability to drive a company forward
• Experience in the communications / IT / technology sector is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree
