Job description / Role
Country Operations Manager is required for the Civil Engineering business based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.This individual will be directly responsible for the P&L, delivery of projects, work winning and all round management based in KSA.
The Managing Director of the business is open to recruit a Senior Project Manager or Project Director to develop into the Operations & General Manager role in KSA.
The business will be looking to optimize within the following sectors with repeat clients:
- Transport - Roads , Infrastructure, Airport Works, Rail & Metro, Tunnels
- Oil & Gas - On & Off Shore Facilities
- Energy - Water Treatment works, Pipelines, Utilities
- Government work - Military bases, Palaces
Requirements
You will be happy to be based full time in KSA growing a business and developing it over time. Arabic isn’t essential but desired to help with sub contractors, clients and the existing team.
This person will be a hands on character able to drive, motivate and lead from the front for the team based in KSA.
You will have a small team of estimation, work winning, procurement & delivery personnel based in Riyadh & Jeddah.
With the full backing of the International Board you will be set to devise and manage a 5 Year growth plan for the KSA business.
- Pedigree within Civil Engineering Contractors
- Strong experience in delivering on time & within budget
- Degree & Chartered
- Happy to work in a hands on manner
