Country Sales Director

Job description / Role

Inspire Selection are working in partnership with a major System Integrator based in Riyadh. Due to expansion and increased opportunity within the region, they have an opening for a Country Sales Manager specialising within Security Solutions/Access Control/CCTV and Fire Fighting.

Working with a successful project team, the Country sales Manager will form an integral part of the team and be responsible for:
- Establishing contact with clients by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and utilizing current marketing strategies.
- Recruiting, developing and leading a team of Sales Engineers.
- Determining customer needs and developing a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of product offerings.
- Develop technical applications/installation of Electronic Systems products in conjunction with Project Engineer.
- Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of the sale.
- Arrange for and/or coordinate delivery and installation.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems in regard to delivery dates, billings and financing.
- Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of increased sales volume.
- Participate at trade shows, special product demonstrations, and other events with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the Company's image.
- Provide feedback to marketing regarding new product/services opportunities.

Requirements

- Electrical or Electronic Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in sales/Business Development
- Must be able to speak fluently in Arabic
- Must have experience in KSA
- Knowledge of integrated security, access and fire alarm systems is mandatory,
- Experience working with electrical contractors.
- Exposure to computer/applications software a must.
- Working knowledge of UL, BS and NFPA Standard codes.
- Must have a transferable Iqama
- A valid driver’s license
