Job description / Role
Hr Source and myself have been exclusively commissioned to source and select a Country Manager in Sales for Home Appliances and consumer electronics. For one of our key clients in KSA.
Our client is a major global player in Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics industry with a very strong presence in the region.
The role will involve:
- Increase sales through product promotion and marketing
- Ensuring stock availability by timely and accurate forecasting
- Provide optimum level of logistics support to the retailers so as to be cost effective and in line with the competition
- Increase distribution through the sales team
- Effective Cost management of budget
- Lead by best practice
- Effectively train and mentor Sales Managers as part of the succession planning.
- Advice the management on major business decisions
- Effective negotiation and regular engagement with Market Dealers
- Credit management and reduction of risks
Requirements
The Ideal candidate needs to have worked in KSA 8-10 years having built up a strong Network within Class B Supermarkets in the kingdom and 2-3 years national level. Having come from a strong Sales background within the industry we additionally require fluent Arabic to be a key skill.
Additionally Candidates Must come from the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronic experience with Dealer network experience.
