Job description / Role
About the Client:
The hiring company is a U.S. based restaurant franchise. The company was founded in 1984 with over 4,700 restaurants worldwide including more than 1,200 international restaurants in 37 countries and territories.
Job Role:
• Prepare and serve the customer’s order
• Handle and understand his/her assigned work station and follow procedures while using equipments or tools to ensure the smooth flow of the restaurant operations
• Receive customers’ complaints and resolves them when possible
• Fully follow and understand the company policies, regulations and procedures such as maintaining the restaurants standards of cleanliness and in terms of appearance and personal hygiene
• Cooperate with the Manager on duty in learning new skills and procedures of the work stations
• Follow company cash control policy and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently delivering the highest standard of quality, service and cleanliness
• Carry out other duties assigned by superiors, related to the job
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Saudi nationals
• 35 years old and below
• High school diploma or any relevant certifications
• Excellent communication, reading and writing skills in English language
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
