CRM and Loyalty Application Manager

Job description / Role

This position will head up a high performing team to develop digital CRM and loyalty solutions for a leading retailer in the kingdom.

Description

- Manage the full SDLC of quality customer-centric web and mobile applications
- Develop CRM and Loyalty applications which foster loyalty and drive engagement
- Work with the business to improve current POS system use
- Work with key stakeholder within the business such as marketing and vendor management to achieve objectives
- Set the business up for success in terms of quality consumer data and how it is collected used and managed

Requirements

- 10 Years techno-functional experience in software development
- In depth and detailed knowledge of Oracle product suite (customer engagement, loyalty, CRM and X-store POS)
- Measurable track record in loyalty application development and launch with tangible examples
- Experience within grocery retail would be ideal, otherwise a business renowned for quality CRM and Loyalty systems would be acceptable (airlines or telco for example)
