Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Gathering feedback from customers on provided services and establishing a business improvement plan to prevent poor customer experience from happening again in the future
- Identifying and developing Customer Service metrics/benchmarks
- Validating root cause analysis of faults/issues and initiating customer services reports
- Evaluating and improving data held in the system with regards to our customers e.g. contact details
- Ensure all administrative paperwork systems are updated and that all required paperwork is completed in line with company guidelines

Requirements

- Saudi National
- Any related experience in Customer service
- Excellent telephone manner dealing with internal and external customers
- IT and systems skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Minimum education requirement: Diploma
- Key demographic requirement: Applicants must be based in Riyadh
