Our client in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist focused on enhancing the customer experience in the sports and wellness sector. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Accurate order processing from quote to billing
- Manage customer touchpoints for a premium experience
- Oversee delivery planning via logistic portal
- Optimize stock and manage POs to HQ
- Maintain an updated order portfolio
- Update IT systems with customer service data
- Conduct post-delivery customer satisfaction surveys

Requirements
Our client in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with specific qualifications to join their team focused on sports and wellness. The key qualifications for this role are:
- 3-5 years in Customer Service
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in SAP's SD module
- Service business acumen
- Project management skills
- Financial and cost management aptitude
- Strong negotiation and communication
- Advanced analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
