Customer Service Supervisor – Middle East

Our client is a leading conglomerate of companies from Saudi Arabia who currently seek to appoint a Customer Service Supervisor for one of their global companies that manufacture Cast Stretch Film. The key focus of the role is to ensure a high standard and quality customer service and experience is provided to the company’s customers at all times.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the proven performer we seek will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Receiving incoming customer orders and processing these orders efficiently through to delivery.
- Entering orders in to Oracle system accurately.
- Making quotations as required.
- Dealing with freight rates, logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Producing accurate documents for orders and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all customer requirements are satisfactorily met.
- Leading by example and training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Investigating and effectively resolving customer complaints.
- Developing and updating customer service procedures, policies and standards.
- Liaising with other Department Managers to identify any areas for customer service improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services and ensuring team are fully trained in the same.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Serve as the central point of communication with other Departments to ensure all customer needs are being fully met.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other similar qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably within the cast stretch film or plastics industry. Although experience in the packaging or manufacturing markets will also be considered.
- Proven experience in delivering an excellent customer service experience and in managing successful customer service representative teams.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills are required, with an ability to present professionally to others.
- Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative and a genuine interest in Sales.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience working in the Middle East will also be highly regarded.
