Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you'll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working "from farm to shelf," you'll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

The Customer Supply Chain Planner is the primary point of contact for customer inventory levels and order management activities. Primary responsibilities include controlling Sub-Distributor inventory levels through daily replenishment prompts and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders while reviewing current order patterns/processes for improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

- Produce daily replenishment prompts across all Sub-Distributor depots based on the agreed stock norms
- Produce monthly shipment plans for the Sub-Distributor based on forward 12 months rolling IMS forecast
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions in Modern Trade accounts that are deemed as high volume or needing special attention
- Accountable for the life cycle of an order, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy of quantities
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics Operations for a seamless process to the Customer
- Coordinate with Customer in CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) to achieve mutual objectives
- Drive a regular governance drumbeat with customers reviewing actions and progress on mutual business objectives
- Follow initiatives to meet KPI metrics, including RDD (Requested Delivery Date), SAMBC (Service As Measured By The Customer) OTD (On Time Delivery), CFR, Delivery Compliance and Spot Rejections
- Evaluate processes based on cost efficiency and service level improvement and recommend changes where applicable

Requirements

Qualifications

- University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management Preferred
- Bilingual (Arabic) is an Asset but not a requirement
- 2 or more years Supply Chain Planning experience
- Computer Skills - Windows environment: Microsoft Office, Advance Excel. SAP is an asset
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels within internal and external organizations
- Ability to articulate issues both verbally and in writing, outlining possible solutions.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize desk according to priorities and manage tasks/workload within appropriate time line with minimal supervision.
