Overview

We are looking for DCS Engineer to join Shedgum Gas Plant Department You will be responsible for providing technical support to operating facilities, projects, technology deployment, and talent development of new DCS Engineer

ShGP was brought on stream in 1981. The plant current processing capacity is 2.5 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of associated and non-associated gas. The plant products are NGL, Ethane, Sales Gas and Liquid Sulfur.

We are seeking for control system and instrumentation to work within ShGP control system and instrumentation group. The engineer will work with engineering disciplines to enhance and resolve process control and instrumentation activities. Additionally, the engineer is expected to participate in the organization initiatives including but not limited to safety program, innovation programs, operation excellence, knowledge sharing, self-development and others programs as required.

The engineer should have a full knowledge involved with advanced Gas Processing control and adequate technical skills to provide engineering analysis, design and control of assigned projects. The Engineer shall check the system performance to ensure it is running up to its design and implement any modification or system enhancement.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, he should have a BS in related engineering discipline to control system and instrumentation with (10) years of experience. He should have a recent experience with DCS and ESD (Foxboro/ Triconex), Turbine Control System (TCS), Compressor Control System (Allen Bradley) and control system security. He should have excellent experience and knowledge in designing and updating/upgrading control system and strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards
