Deputy General Manager

We have an urgent requirement for Deputy General Manager FM

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Sector: Facility Management

Our client in Saudi Arabia is a leading company in the field of facility management, construction, trading and investment which focusing primarily on all areas of operation and maintenance.

They are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager FM to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate must be able to lead the Operational Team to deliver operational FM solutions across the region, work with bid teams, and work with Ops Manager and Project Managers, promotes innovative ways to add value and reduce cost within the team.

Requirements

Candidates must have the following qualifications below:

• 10 years’ experience in similar position within Facility Management operation, with minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
• BSc/master’s in engineering or FM or Hotels
• Relevant experience in leading the Operational Team in the consistent delivery of operational FM solutions across a Regional area
• Have a strong resolving contractual issues on existing contracts, acting to identify and mitigate actual and/or potential problems
• Have handled direct projects within the region (GCC/Middle East)
