Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Real Estate Development Company with an excellent reputation across the region.
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Reports To: CEO
Management: Design Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow-up, supervision, and quality control of drawings.
• Managing all phases of interior design projects.
• Follow up on design, architecture and project development processes.
• Preparing project directions and proposals.
• Follow up on implementing the necessary changes to designs and drawings.
• Ensure that legislation, standards and codes of practice are applied in accordance with legal requirements.
• Reviewing architectural designs and ascertaining advisory standards
• Implementation of ideas, development and follow-up of internal design procedures.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
• Mut have at least 7 years’ experience in Design
• Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other drawing tools.
• Good knowledge of managing large architectural projects.
• Project management skills.
• Understand legal declaration procedures.
• Open to Arab national’s base in Saudi now
