The Digital Account Director oversees the efforts of a team in executing work on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an agency and will have managed multiple teams across a variety of digital / web projects simultaneously to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Business/Marketing Build and utilize a solid understanding of the client’s business, economics, major customer segments and competitive set, as well as business information (qualitative and quantitative) used by clients in their day-to-day activities and stewardship of the brand. Provide marketing and creative recommendations based on customer, channel, business and brand insight. Help drive marketing and creative strategies based on relevant customer and marketing insight (ROI, impact, etc.). Demonstrate shift from project management to client management and the ability to cross-sell/up-sell additional services or program enhancements. Create high-impact client presentations. Apply new marketing or channel approaches to drive results for the client. Develop impactful creative briefs and serve as a leader to internal and client creative teams. Identify new business opportunities within current client engagement to deepen the relationship. Leverage agency and client knowledge to identify growth opportunities and sell in new services. Leadership Serve as a passionate and visible leader of business, marketing, customer and brand insight in internal and external meetings. Act as day-to-day client resource/advisor, with regard to capability area/level. Partner with clients in a positive, professional and constructive way, establishing solid long-term relationships. Understand and articulate client strategy and steer it with insight when required. Demonstrate flexibility and “read” situations in order to react appropriately and solve issues. Manage expectations that are beyond particular scope, but crucial to success. Escalate issues and risks in complex situations.

Requirements

Requirements 5 +years experience managing digital marketing projects & websites. Previous experience in a management role. Demonstrated success building productive relationships with clients and agency team members Ability to think strategically and work autonomously Direct, assertive, fearless and ready for the challenge Knowledge in. Google Ad words. Managing and directing website Technical Structure, from A to Z. Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams. An in depth understanding of SEO  Experience with web analytics tools (Ominiture etc). Experience using a CMS and able to analyze and compile search data and metrics. Knowledge of Google Adwords and other relevant tools. Arabic Speaker preferable.
