Director of Internal Audit

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a diversified business group that is based in KSA we are looking to recruit a Director of Internal Audit. Reporting to the Board of Directors you will be responsible for the integration of audit services to provide executive management with assurance as to the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal control throughout the company.

Develop a comprehensive and flexible audit plan, examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's system of internal control, prepare periodic reports to management, evaluate and assess internal controls and participate in due diligence.

Requirements

The sucessful candidate must be a resident of the Middle East, have senior auditor experience with a global multi-subsidiary company, be CIA or CA qualified with over 15 years auditing experience, knowledge of construction operations with the ability to manage staff on several concurrent projects
