Director - Project Finance & Infrastructure Advisory - Social infrastructure/ Tourism

As a Project finance & infrastructure Director, you'll multi-task to manage the engagement team in an efficient manner and handle demanding clients confidently and professionally.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating funding with financial institution
- Negotiating with relevant external parties to the assignment
- Displaying strong presentation skills when presenting to external parties
- Having a current understanding of what is happening in the financial markets (e.g. economic trends, interest rate movements etc) and in the relevant industrial sector
- Articulating clearly how our PF services can meet the needs of a specific client or transaction, and sell our services
- Understanding the Q&RM implication on communication processes to third parties
- Discussing intelligently and strategically with the client key financial and commercial risk considerations and gaining clients' trust.
- Keeping abreast of broader economic conditions and evaluating the impact on the infrastructure market as it relates to specific clients or types of client.

Client responsibilities
- Evaluate financial information and identify factors that may impact the client
- Assist in deal structuring
- Participate in business development
- Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with clients, EY teams and other parties.
- Understand EY's service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.
- Build strong internal relationships

People responsibilities
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff.
- Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training staff.
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills.
- Understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff

Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of Project Financing and procurement
- Financial modelling skills
- Experience of managing complex transactions
- Experience of fund raising

- Strong academic record including a degree
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and teaming skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client and relationship-building skills
- Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Proficiency in Arabic language skills are highly desirable
