E-Commerce Director

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Director of Ecommerce to work for an Aviation Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

* Manage the commercial responsibilities and overseeing targets/ KPIs
* Create and execute a web sales strategy and manage the content on the website
* Optimise the website and ensure the usability is improved
* Work alongside the Marketing team to increase revenue
* Provide support for new products and services with a respected project timeline
* Ensure different teams within the company such as Commercial, Operations and Marketing are up to date with new technologies and innovations to use in the company's advantage
* Analyse statistics and recommend improvements for customer experience

Requirements

Requirements:

* Candidate must have a bachelor's degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in E-commerce
* Must have International experience in the airline industry
* Strong experience with airline ecommerce platforms and airlines sales
* Strong experience with payment service providers and information technology
* Excellent knowledge in distribution system technologies
* Candidate must speak/ read/ write English fluently
