Role Summary:
ECT is a nine to 12-month program designed to give recent university/college graduates challenging work assignments, training and development, and exposure to leadership. The program combines hands on experience with training to equip participants with the tools and
knowledge to become leaders in BHGE.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Trainee PQE is responsible for driving process & product quality by reducing defects manufacturing processes. Successful candidates must partner with salaried & hourly staff to build quality to execute the process. Trainee PQE's will be responsible for doing Cell audits and cross -audits in other areas of the business. Trainee PQE's must develop QMS expertise to support the leadership in maintaining compliance and striving for excellence through continuous improvement activities using tools such as Lean Six Sigma.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Authorized to work in your country full-time and without restriction
- Fluent in Arabic and English is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
