Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Our client is looking to hire an Eastern Regional Sales Manager for one of their major product division to be based in Dammam, KSA.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales channels across the Eastern Region along with devising strategy and ensuring full product coverage.

The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for:
- Achieving the monthly targets
- Creating monthly plans to achieve company goals
- Ordering and allocating stocks (Forecasting)
- Managing sales and profile budgets within the Eastern Region
- Supervising activities and tailor-made promotions
- Handling contract negotiations
- Ensuring proper execution of planned activities and proper launching of various products
- Monitoring performance, ensuring alignment with plans
- Recommending and making changes as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved
- Training and coaching the team

Requirements

- Arabic Speakers Only
- Transferable Iqama
- Holds a degree in Business Administration
- More than 7 years of experience in sales
- Experience in managing traditional trade and wholesale
- Experience in working in KSA market is preferred
- Experience in similar roles preferred
- Experience in working on cash terms with retailers is preferred
