Engineering Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for an Engineering manager to Manage and implement engineering activities and initiatives within the company standards to establish long-range objectives and specify strategies and actions to achieve them.

- Confer with Management, and coordinate with related departments to discuss contract project’s technical specifications and requirements.
- Manage creation and improvement of engineering design, methods and procedures to increase quality and safety assurance for new contract projects.
- Plan and direct the creation of work orders for Production and Quality Control Departments for the fabrication and inspection requirements.
- Direct, review, and approve contract product design and changes.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of engineering staff competence.
- Perform other task that may be given by Management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 30 – 38 yrs. of age
- 3 – 5 yrs. experience as Engineering Manager from manufacturing company.
- With 2 - 3 yrs. experience in Auto CAD preferably from Elevator company. Advantage experience in SOLID WORKS.
- Preferably with experience in design and project management
