Engineering Manager - Rail Systems

Menasa and Partners is conducting a search for an Engineering Manager for Rail Systems .The role will be working for a well-known international consultancy company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of all rail systems engineering, technical integration as well as testing and commissioning where required.
- Development of all project technical Plans and Procedures for Rail Systems.
- Ensure that all rail systems engineering objectives of the project are fully met to best international standards and practices.
- Ensure that all design and implementation activities are performed with highest safety and quality culture in mind and with the "best"industry practice.
- Be fully experienced with all international standards and requirements for developing design of a railway project.
- Responsible for the development of technical specifications / Employer's

Requirements

- Minimum 20 years’ experience in rail system engineering management / project management of large international multidisciplinary rail and transit projects.
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar and PE or Chartered Status from a professional Body.
- Experience and knowledge of electrical systems, rolling stock, rail systems application to various modes of railway transportation.
- Experience of working on large, complex and multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience of interface management and total system integration.
- Delivered rail systems and construction background.
- Excellent management and communication skills, strong leadership qualities.
