Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To ensure that the company’s products, operations and documentation adheres to both internal and external standards and regulations to maintain high quality including reliability, usability and performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing quality control activities on the company’s products, operations, and documentation.
- Providing consultations and marketing assistant assistance to Structured Finance area.
- Ongoing efforts to ensure operational practices are in compliance with the appropriate quality standards, policies, and regulations to maintain high quality outputs.
- Reviewing, developing and editing all documents & presentations when required ensuring that consistency, error free and accuracy of material are retained.
- Providing coaching and mentoring for less experienced professional and/ or selected staff members to help them achieve their professional goals or develop specific skills.
- Schedules and conducts quarterly QA meeting with Senior Management. Develops and follows through on quality initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to improve quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree in literature, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience, at least 3 of which in a similar role.
- Relevant work experience and industry exposure.
