Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Together with the Enterprise Sales Manager, set and review functional strategies in order to meet agreed business objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sectional policies.
- Develop and implement overall sales plans, budgets and pricing strategies for the assigned region.
- Lead the regional sales by setting KPI’s for the teams and assessing their performance on the sales targets.
- Liaise with international government/private entities relating to trade and business promotion activities in order to identify sales opportunities, reach out to new customers and generate interest.
- Manage and ensure the effective achievement of regional sales team objectives through setting departmental and individual objectives.
- Ensure that all relevant reports are prepared according to prescribed formats and schedules.

Requirements

- Male.
- Bachelor degree.
- 6 - 8 years experience in a similar role in sales operations, medical insurance companies.
- Fluent English.
