Job description / Role

- Project Management & Strategy Consultant with more than 14 years of experience in Project Management, IT & Business Strategy, PMO, ERP, CRM and Operations Management.
- Transition Management, Vendor Management, Order Management, Business Development, and Presales Support, Proposal generation, Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, System Analysis & Design, Development & Customization and Maintenance of Enterprise Software Applications solutions.
- Rich functional experience in Program Management (Multi-Site, Multi-Project Operations) & end-to-end Project Management.
- A certified ITIL V3 Foundation having rich functional experience in ITSM (Service Desk Management, SLA & Performance management, Change management, Release Management, Incident Management & Problem Management etc).
- Areas of expertise are Value engineering using ERP systems / ERP Optimization, ERP Audit, IT Strategy & Governance, cost optimization using Shared Services consulting, business value of IT, Business Process Management, Package Selection.
- Rich functional experience in various verticals (IT Service Management, IT, Telecom, Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics & Government etc).
- Experience in General Management like Planning & Scheduling, Human Resource and Manpower Management, Stakeholder Management ,Quality Management, Costing & Controlling etc.

Requirements

- Trainings & Certifications: PMP, Prince 2, ITIL, MSP, SAP, Six Sigma, BaaN etc.
- Computer Proficiency & IT Skills : MS- Office, MS-VISIO, AutoCAD, Auto lisp, ERP & CRM Software’s Like Baan , SAP,Big Data & Oracle
- Experience: 14 years of Total Experience
