Job description / Role
The Junior ERP Business Support Analyst will work in a support role with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems users at all levels throughout the organization and its partners. The candidate will play as the first line of support for users that are experiencing issues with the ERP system.
Assess the tickets/issues and solve it for the users or send it back to L2/L3 support team for additional support. According to the policies and procedures followed within Client
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Fresher or 1 Year Experience Candidate
- Knowledge of ERP system with all its modules: Human Capital, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Understanding of ERP flows, process and control points.
- Problems identification and analysis skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions.
- English/Arabic Communication Skills, Oral, Verbal, and Written.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
