Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a leading diversified, international, Main Contractor carrying out construction, engineering, procurement, development and investment activities internationally with emphasis on the Middle East region. They are committed to providing a reliable and professional service to their clients and to being supportive to local businesses and social activities.

They are urgently recruiting an Executive Chef to work in Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule and to see that any problems that arise are rectified.
- Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
- Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
- Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
- Producing menus and new dishes
- Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs

Requirements

- 7 years experience with European and Arabic Cuisine
- Nationality Preference: European, Lebanese
- Language Fluency: English and Arabic will be an advantage
- Current Location: Anywhere
- Other certifications obtained: Relevant Certifications
