Job description / Role
Our client is one of the largest Mixed Use Real Estate Asset owner in Saudi Arabia., who is looking to move to 100% digitalization.
We are looking for an experience Real Estate Digital Transformation specialist to revamp and modernise the technology used across all their assets which include Retail, Residential, Commercial and Hospitality.
The Digital Transformation lead for our client needs understand property, facilities and customer services, and the role that digitalization can play in a major real estate developer.
Candidates must have had a major role in identifying IT modules, platforms etc that can transform the business from a very much manual basis to a fully digitalized one.
Requirements
We are looking for an IT specialist that has thorough knowledge of real estate operations.
Your major task will be identify procure and implement systems across, lease management, property Management, customer services, helpdesk and CAFM.
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
There is NO income TAX in Saudi Arabia
