Export Assistant

Job description / Role

- Assisting and Supporting all export documentation activities.
- Providing relief support for Export department in the administrative duties.
- Supporting Operations department with all export shipping documents.
- Follow-up the export procedures.
- Ensuring that all documents are aligned with the export regulations.

Requirements

- University graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in export “preferred in the Fast-moving consumer goods field (FMCG)". You will have demonstrated strong skills in (Time Management, Organization Skills, Presentation Skills and Communication Skills).
- Arabic (Middle East) native speaker with excellent English.
- Full proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, Customer-oriented and Stress-resistant personality.
- Good presentation skills and excellent personal organization.
