Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day - to - day operations of multiple outlets and supports the F & B division in the developmental and financial success of the assigned outlets.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist the F&B President and Country Manager in following up and monitoring new F&B developments as well as in identifying areas for development in terms of financial performance and HACCP requirements
- Predict requirements, submit information for premises' budget, schedule expenditures, analyze financial reports and manage quality and cost control in order to attain set financial/operational objectives
- Improve the department's efficiency by developing/enhancing and implementing all processes and procedures
- Manage data collection and consolidation of the division's reports to ensure the provision of reliable inventory, cost control and financial data
- Develop in coordination with F&B Brand Managers the Food & Beverage menus, point of sale systems, service procedures and standards of operation and assessment and review
- Build a strong personal network of external contacts in order to stay abreast to market activities and the competition in order to give the brand a competitive advantage
- Prepare the department's annual budget and business plan and implement projects accordingly
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent; HACCP certification is a plus
- 8 years of experience in F&B Operations, out of which 3-4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge in financial/ accounting systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
