We are now seeking an exceptional Facilities Coordinator to join our award winning team based within our Riyadh Office.

This critical role will be responsible for ensure smooth operations of office facilities and providing a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Coordinates facilities projects within an office as requested.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing H&S processes in the office. Escalates more complex health and safety issues to supervisors and managers.
- Contributes to regular evaluation of the facilities.
- Work with Administration & Facilities Manager to plan/coordinate office renovations, space allocation and equipment purchases.
- May assist in ensuring that office attendants, print room attendants and messengers follow the established policies and procedures as applicable to their positions.
- Budgets, record keeping and reporting.
- Coordinates and over looks building maintenance and engineering support (routine and emergency), planned preventative maintenance.
- Building Management Systems (BMS) and spare part stock control.
- Contracts issued by contractors/sub-contractors and vendors/suppliers.
- Energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Risk management and health and safety.
- Security, waste disposal and housekeeping/cleaning.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years career experience with a applicable Degree or Diploma.
