Facilities Management Director

Our client is a leading Facilities Management company. They are currently seeking a Commercial Director to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.

As the Facilities Management Director, you will be a vital part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to our growth agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have overall accountability for Facilities Management Services providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring operational excellence across our client portfolio.

- You will lead a team of Regional & Strategic Account Managers, overseeing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner while ensuring compliance with our company policies, values, and standards.
- Your responsibilities will include reviewing business performance, delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) within budget, and demonstrating commercial value as part of the leadership team.
- You will also cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and lead by example with energy, drive, and passion to create a winning culture.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Middle East roles.
- BSc in Management or equivalent third-level qualification.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, including senior operations managers.
- Positive leadership behaviors that drive inclusion and cultural change.
- Ability to cultivate strong and lasting client relationships that withstand change.
- Track record of delivering financial KPIs consistently.
- Adaptable to a fluctuating and fast-moving environment
