Facilities Management, GM - KSA (FM Service Provider)

Client is an established and well known Saudi based FM service provider. They are currently seeking a Facilities Management, GM for their organisation. The role will be Riyadh based and focused around the management of multiple, high profile contracts. Managing a predominantly blue collar workforce carrying out hard & soft services across the portfolio.

This will include MEP, Cleaning, Security, Landscaping and specialist systems. The ideal candidate should have a degree or strong Facilities Management background supported by related qualifications. The individual will be commercially astute and have managed P&L accounts for large scale FM contracts. Contractor management experience is must and candidates should also be experienced in measuring KPIs and monitoring SLAs across multiple contracts.

Requirements

* Industry related qualifications
* Facilities Management experience
* Budget management
* Contractor management experience measuring and monitoring SLA/KPIs
* Implementation of maintenance strategy
* Have managed a large scale property portfolio - Ideally retail, residential & commercial
* Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to write detailed reports
