Facilities Manager - Saudi Arabia

Our client is a leading FM company operating in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia across various cities like Dammam, Khobar, Riyadh and Jeddah. They are currently seeking a qualified Facilities Manager for one of their flagship facility. The successful applicant will manage total FM services related to the day to day operation of the facility including: MEP, Cleaning, Security and all other specialist services. Applicants must have a strong FM background.

They should have managed both in-house teams and subcontractors covering both hard and soft FM. In addition, applicants should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in the English language (written and verbal).

Requirements

* Facilities Management experience
* Experience managing teams delivering both hard and soft FM
* Excellent spoken and written communications skills (English)
* IT literate and capable of producing detailed written reports
